PCOS
Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS)
PCOS is one of the most common endocrine disorders affecting women of reproductive age — and diagnosis rates continue to rise each year.
It’s also one of my core specialties. I’ve walked this path personally and academically, having both navigated my own PCOS journey and written my graduate thesis on the role of diet and nutrition in managing it. While a diagnosis can feel overwhelming, you’re not alone. There are powerful, evidence-based diet and lifestyle strategies that can help you feel more balanced, energized, and in control.
Common PCOS symptoms:
Acne
Irregular or missing periods
Hair loss
Infertility
Weight gain or weight loss resistance
Hair growth on chin/jaw (hirsutism)
Mood swings/anxiety
Darkening skin patches
Headaches
Do any of these symptoms sound like you? The good news is I can help:
