About Me

Isabella Sackheim knows firsthand how overwhelming a PCOS diagnosis can feel. In 2023, she was diagnosed herself — navigating weight gain, extreme hunger, acne, and hair loss while searching for answers that felt hard to find. That experience didn't just shape her understanding of PCOS. It ignited her passion for helping other women finally get the support and clarity she once wished she had.

Today, Isabella is a functional nutritionist specializing in PCOS and hormonal health. Her education and credentials include:

  • Master's degree in Functional Medicine and Human Nutrition

  • Bachelor's degree in Integrative Physiology

  • Certificate in Public Health

  • Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) candidate (includes passing a board exam and getting 1000 hours of supervised practice)

  • Master's thesis on the hormonal and metabolic outcomes associated with diet and PCOS

Her approach is a blend of warm, personalized support and evidence-based science. She doesn't just tell clients what to eat, she equips them with the knowledge and tools to truly understand their bodies, build sustainable habits, and feel confident in their health long after their time working together.

A Boulder, CO native now living in Denver, Isabella spends her free time doing yoga, playing pickleball, and golfing. When she's not with clients, she's deep in the latest functional medicine research — always learning, so she can show up better for the women she serves.
